Who we are

Operation Red Nose was founded in Quebec City under the leadership of Laval University's Rouge et Or Swim Club, with the support of CHRC radio station and the collaboration of the Quebec City Police Department. Dr. Jean-Marie De Koninck founded the program.

The École Saint-Joachim Parent Advisory Committee has undertaken this project and has provided this service to the surrounding communities since 2013.

Mission

The École Saint-Joachim Parent Advisory Committee encourages responsible behaviour with regard to impaired driving in a non moralistic manner by providing Steinbach/La Broquerie and surrounding communities a confidential chauffeur service, the financial benefits of which are redistributed to help local youth.
